Sorry I’m not great with tech! Trying to pair new headphones for my son. Under system and Bluetooth the headphones are not listed. We have tried plugging the USB dongle into the Switch but it says it has to be removed if you try to pair. Please help, we are getting frustrated!

No need to turn on the Bluetooth connection if you're using the headset with its wireless dongle. Just press and hold the power button until the status indicator is briefly lit.
