Can't get to razer chat and call support won't help

I ordered a product from razer.com and the fedex showed it'll be delivered in 3 days. It was delayed by 2 days a couple times and then for a week it showed no estimated delivery date. Fedex support told me to contact razer and razer chat doesn't work, couldn't find n email id and call says go to the website for help with orders.
