Can't import my synapse2 profile in synapse3

Hello, think title is clear enough, the exported files from synapse 2 seem not to be compatible with synapse 3. Can you tell me how it must be done? I have dozen of profiles on several devices because i play a lot of alpha and beta games, please help !! Many thanks by advance! PS Sry for my bad english

    This is known behavior. The only way to get around with this is to recreate your profiles/macro in Razer Synapse 3.0. Ensure your devices are supported in Razer Synapse 3.0 as well. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance. I’ll be locking this thread now.
