Can't install beta new razer synapse

I keep getting the same error, internet is working fine.

Maybe some antivirus / firewall software is blocking the internet connection? I’d disable them for a while and check again.

Thank you. I tried it but still not working. I thought it was server issues but since I’m the only one affected I don’t know what else to try.

I am having the exact same issue. Wish there was a full offline installer. Added file permissions and allowing through firewall and antivirus.
