When I try to install cortex I can't download it because I can't click on it.

    Hey there, Thank you for posting the Cortex's concern here. My name is Michelle from the Razer Cortex technical support team. I will be your technical companion for today. Thank you for sending us an image showing the issue. This helps us a lot. Based on the screenshot, you have updated to the latest version of Razer Cortex 9.12.1002.1309. That is why you cannot download it and unable to click on it. But the wrong notice at the right bottom may pass you the wrong information that you need to update to the latest version. The latest version of Razer Cortex is 9.12.1002.1309 while not 9.11.9.1287. That is a problem. There may be something wrong. Here could you provide us with the Cortex logs for us to figure out the resolution? I will PM you a guide on how to collect and upload your Cortex logs if you would like to provide us with the Cortex logs. We will be looking forward to your reply soon.
