Can't install the update on the Razer Blackshark V3 Pro for PlayStation

I've seen that this is a fairly common issue, but nothing helps. On my laptop, I have Synapse 4 installed. I tried downloading the firmware updater, closed all Razer processes, and ran the updater. It asks me to connect the dongle (BS V3 PRO), and no matter what I do, the program doesn't detect it and won't let me click the "Update" button (it's just grayed out). I even tried on my desktop computer, which has nothing Razer-related installed, just running the firmware updater right away, but the exact same problem occurs – it doesn't detect the dongle when I plug it in. I've tried restarting the computer, using the original cable, using a third-party cable, keeping the headset turned off while the dongle is connected, and turning it on – absolutely nothing works. The firmware updater doesn't see the dongle... maybe someone has encountered this issue with these headphones. How did you solve it? (for reference, I'm using Windows 10, maybe that could be the issue.)

Hi autoCoyoteBrownflow196,

The Razer BlackShark V3 Pro for PlayStation Firmware Updater grayed-out "Update" button usually indicates the firmware tool cannot detect the USB dongle, often due to USB port power issues, driver conflicts, or incorrect sequence. Use a direct USB port (not a hub), run the tool as Administrator, and ensure the headset is off when connecting the dongle. If it’s the same thing, then PM me your Razer BlackShark V3 Pro for PlayStation’s SN: (Follow steps here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/548/~/how-to-find-the-serial%2C-product%2C-or-part-number-on-a-razer-device) and link of your receipt in a PDF format: (Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4011?_ga=2.197232171.544708261.1744067200-1885068520.1744067200&_gl=1*vo487o*_ga_3TRK53PM75*MTc0NDA2NzE5OS4xLjEuMTc0NDA2NzM0My4yNC4wLjA).
