my razer app can’t log in my razerID. when trying to launch razer central, it shows infinite loading screen. synapse 3 doesn’t show anything when I’m trying to run it, except the process in task manager

I’ve tried reinstalling it and add exceptions to the firewall, but it still isn’t working

same for me. Got my new mouse today, installed synapse and everytime infinite loading screen. deactivated firewalls , new install of synapse, nothing helps. (windows update issue?)


same for me as well. have tried it on 2 diffrent computers in hopes of making it work but nothing worked.


Imagine selling a product that requires an internet connection, and then creating amateur hour software that doesn’t work half the time. What kills me is the fact that this problem is 100% tied to the fact that this software requires you to be logged in, absolutely 0 reason other than corporate greed to require that.


This problem is tied to the fact that Synapse requires you to be logged in, absolutely zero reason Synapse should require an internet connection at all.

I need to be logged in so cat ears lightning on my headphones could work. that’s ridiculous

Exactly the same problem, I've been trying for +2h.
-installed / uninstalled with Revo, about fifteen times.
-Antivirus, firewall, startup in safe mode.
- Check that my PC is up to date (drivers, bios, windows update, framework, etc.). 
- Unplug all my other PC components.
Since installing Synapse 3, my PC has been having problems, Deepl no longer works, I've lost open tabs, the PC is slow, I can't open the task manager, etc...
.
Raaa I just bought the naga pro mouse, and I can't use it, I'm fed up with Razer, always problems with intrusive software, and the hardware is fragile, why did I buy this mouse, I'm an idiot.   😡

It's working again for me (11:30 a.m.) I've been able to connect.
I installed razer synapse 3, and presto.
Then it suggested an update, I do them, and it's good.
