Can't log into Razer ID

I've had this for a while, asked before and got no response. To summarise it, I've uninstalled all Razer software and reinstalled Synapse 3. I go to log in, and putting my username and password it says "Logging you in..." then "Loading." A few swirly dots appear and then (see image). If I click my profile it asks me to enter my password, which I do then it goes to "logging you in..." then "Loading." then the swirly dots and back to (see image) I can do this over and over and nothing changes, being unable to log in, I can't use any of Razer's software, and it's getting on my nerves. Don't get me wrong I hope someone here can help with this, but I'm more annoyed that Razer themselves won't let you get support from them and only leave it to the community. Anyway, thanks for reading, I haven't seen anyone else with this problem, and I'm kinda sick of it being ignored, so any help is appreciated.

I got the same problem, and I could'nt find help... and yeah unstalling and reinstalling doesnt help. Hope someone find the solution to this problem.
