Can't login to 7.1 surround sound

Hello!

Can someone help me to fix a problem with logining in razer 7.1 surround sound?
I got a gift for my birthday - Razer Blackshark V2 X and i can't login in app. It has infinity loading. But i can use other apps.
I already reinstalled it few times, disable firewall, ran as administrator, but it still doesn't work.

 

 

 

In debug.log file in RzAppEngine i have this:

<0212/204643.152:ERROR:registration_protocol_win.cc(56)] CreateFile: The system cannot find the file specified. (0x2)

<0212/204917.343:ERROR:registration_protocol_win.cc(84)] TransactNamedPipe: The pipe has been ended. (0x6D)

same here idk why

same problem here, idk how to solve

I kind of find a “workaround”. I downloaded the test version of the THX Spatial Audio app. There I could log in and it simultaneously logged me in the 7.1 app.  Sine that, it works fine. Hope it doesn’t change when the demo is over...
