Me too, bought the app yesterday and couldn’t even use it and now this error happens ;-(

same problem here in Italy it tells me an error or my line is absent changed password unfortunately nothing

So, is only 7.1 making such mistake or am I the only one who can’t start razer synapse either?

mine still not working , it just keep loop back to login screen when I try to log in
