Can't Obtain a Recovery image for a 2017 Razer Blade 14

I've just purchased a preowned laptop which was seemingly wiped beforehand, I cannot get into the f9 menu so I decided to grab it form the website, except apparently this laptop is older than listed. Would there any other way I can get a factory windows 10 image? I know I could get a plain image from Microsoft, however I'd much rather prefer to get a copy with the drivers and software prepackaged.

    If Razer is going to prevent customers from downloading recovery images what do they expect us to do? I bought my Razer Blade 17 new from a Razer store and I can’t just get the recovery image from the website. It’s kind of ridiculous.
