Can't open RMA request, chatbot is stuck

I'm trying to get help with my mouse, but I keep getting redirected to the chatbot, which doesn't work.

My mouse is a Naga V2 Pro Dot, and the middle click has stopped working. I've tried all the steps suggested in the support section (firmware, Synaps, etc.), but nothing works. This problem is also present on other machines.

I bought my mouse on Amazon, which redirects me directly to Razer support.
I sincerely hope someone can help me or, at least, direct me to a human being who can assist me.
