Hello,
I received Barracuda X Chroma 3 days ago. Eveything was cool on pc until this morning. Tried to pair to my phone and successfully done. However when I turned back to my PC, the headset wasn’t being able to connect. Yes, it was already paired before however it shows that I have to pair them again. And also, the the headset automatically shuts itself then restarts again and looking for any pairable devices.
This is really frustrating. Works on phone as expected but I can not pair it with my PC. Maybe I can reset to factory ones but in this case, don’t know how to reset it.
I even can’t submit a ticket via mail support and really don’t know what do to, how to reach consultants.
Is there anyone has ever encountered that before?
