Can't register 7.1 surround sound


Hi there, I can't use my code for the 7.1 surround sound application. I received my headset as a christmas present and was really looking forward to using the feature, is there any way to fix this?

Which headset do you have exactly? Some of them comes with scratch card in the box, some you'll need to register with your Razer ID, and you'll reveice it by e-mail:

Once you confirm that your headset is 7.1 SS compatible, try using English US keyboard format when typing in the activation code. We have seen in the past where other English keyboards do not work. Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official support to be in contact with you through this thread. Prepare the followings~~~
  • Name
  • S/N
  • P/N
  • Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
  • Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
Alternatively, drive your hearing senses through the roof by upgrading to THX Spatial Audio. Most latest RAZER headsets are compatible with THX Spatial Audio. Check it out by clicking the following link~ https://www.razer.com/p/RZ11-13000-0001

I have the Kraken X model, I used the scratch card but it says my code is invalid
