Can't register Hammerhead Pro V2?

I bought online a Hammerhead Pro V2 and today when I try to register it the system tells me that the serial is unknown. how do I get it registered?

    if it is unkown they are fake hammerhead pro v2's.My pair which i bought for 60 euros,registered immediately.But i bought it from an official seller from my country.So to be short,you bought a fake pair.

    I bought online a Hammerhead Pro V2 and today when I try to register it the system tells me that the serial is unknown. how do I get it registered?
    It happens during bulk updates on global inventory but is very rare and usually gets fixed immediately. I can validate the authenticity of the device if you send me the serial number along with the product number via PM.
