I'm currently having am issue with my kraken kitty headset. I'm trying to register it under my account but my serial number cant be recognized. I've rewrote the serial number so many different ways to try and see if that would help but nothing is working. I just get the “double check similar characters” every time. I don't know what else to do. Please help!!
