Can't register Iskur Black Edition chair - says S/N is unknown
Hi,
I can't register the chair for the warranty, I type the S/N but it says it is unknown.
Help please.

Please note that the limited warranty starts on the date of purchase. The registration date does not affect that at all. With that said, do send me a screenshot of the error message and the serial number of your Iskur so I can help you with the registration.
