Can't register keyboard for warranty

Hi, just trying to register my Blackwidow Elite for warranty but it keeps telling me that my serial number doesn't exist. I have double checked the numbers and letters and I am sure I am inputing the correct serial number. Just wondering how I can fix this, cheers.

    Nevermind, I got it to work. One of the zero's was actually the letter o.
