Can't Register my Blackwidow V3

Hello, I have input the serial number and product number in many different variations but keep coming up the same error of “Invalid product number.” This also prevents me from using the support page since it requires the 15 alphanumeric product number to even get a support ticket. Anything I can do?

Can be just mistake like typing O (uppercase “o”) and 0 etc.

Install Synapse 4 software if you’re not using it: https://www.razer.com/synapse-4

Go to your blackwidow tab and click right top question mark icon - there will be your keyboard serial number which you can just copy in one click.
