Can't register product for an activation code | Razer Insider

I have a Razer Kraken V2, I got it like 2-3 years ago and I don't remember the exact date of when I bought it, meaning I can't register it in my account which means I can't get an activation code for the Surround Sound software. Anything I can do at this point? Or would I just need to buy a new headset and start over?
