Can't register razer hammerhead tw pro ans cab't connect to app

Hello, I juat got Razer Hammerheas True wireless Pro and I can't register it or connect to the app. For regiatration the site says to check for wrong symbols.

    If app is not detecting them, then maybe they’re fake?

    Where did you get them?

    I got them from a good bulgarian website online and I really hope i wasn't scammed. Thats why I'm asking here. The site is emag.bg

    eMAG is just a store (just like amazon) where other stores/companies can sell their products, so it’s not 100% safe.
