Can't Reinstall RazorCortex

I right click and run as admin and nothing happens. I clicked on it rapidly and got this file. RazerCortexInstaller.err Inside the file it reads Failed to write installer file (Permission denied) I took all restrictions off my PC by disabling LUA in Regedit. I also have permission to write on C:\\ and D:\\ The installer wont even open up.

    try creating a new admin user, and use that to install it

    I'm having the same problem, an .err file is created in the same directory as the installer with the same message as the OP. Also, installing as a different user won't work since it writes files to your user directory.
    I started off with nothing and still have most of it left
