How do I get hold of someone to return my Razer Keyboard? The website throws a fatal error for anyone outside the US when you try to process a return, and chat says it’s shut even though it’s within the hours it’s meant to be open. I can’t find a phone number to call either.

I have solved my own problem. I see a lot of these issues online about the fatal error and chat not working, and I have not seen any comment about the fix that worked for me so I’m replying to my own post in the hopes others with the same problem will find it:
It seems that not only do Razer products not work with Macs, their website doesn’t work with Safari. If you are on a Mac, iPad or iPhone and you can’t contact support, you will have to switch to Chrome to get it to work.
