Can't run 7.1 Surround Sound app

Hi,

I just got the Kraken X USB headset. I've installed 7.1 Surround Sound, but can't get it started. Nothing shows up when I try to double click on the icon or in the Razer AppEngine icon at the taskbar. If I left click the icon, nothing but my username shows up. If I right click it, it only dipslays logout and exit options.
It hasn't even asked for the code after I've installed it.

I can still use the stereo output, but I hear some cracking noises from time to time and a little anoying constant beep (maybe static?) on the left headset when the microphone is on (when using Discord, example), but maybe it's just because I don't have the app properly running.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What I've tried so far:
NOTE: I've tried to restart the PC after each uninstall and also after each installation.
- Uninstall & reinstall the app.
- Uninstall Synapse v3 (just in case) and install Surround Sound on it's own.
- Manually delete the Sorround Sound driver and try to install it again.
- Disable any other 3rd party programs such as the antivirus, Discord, etc. and perform a clean installation.
None of these seemed to help.

Same thing here when my installer opens a command prompt appears and it asks to install, after installing and launching it stops after 1 second and the process is running in the background, razer need to fix their software!
Hey, I'm back with some news:

Unfortunately, I was not able to make the app work. However, I got a friend to let me install it in their computer.
We both share the same setup and quite the same apps, that helped me filter out some probable issues, but I was still not able to fix it on my own.
I ended up restoring Windows 10 with the tools at Settings (it let me choice wether to keep my documents, etc. so I gave it atry), which uninstalled all software from my PC.
After that, I started installing everything I needed, app to app and checked whether the Sorround app was still working. It did.

However, it is still a great inconvinience not knowing what's going on. It would be great if we could easily get the app logs so that we know what's going on and why the UI is crashing (I guess that's what happened).

These are some apps I shared with my friend, I think we can discard them, but I'm writing them down here in case someone needs the info in the future (might be incomplete, we didn't spent that much time comparing them):

  • Discord
  • Skype
  • Battle.net client
  • Razer Synapse v3
  • Razer Cortex
  • VoiceMeeter
  • Panda Antivirus
  • Visual Studio Code
  • Visual Studio 2019, Community edition

I'll try to keep an eye on the Sorround app in case I install something and it breaks down again.
