Can't run Razer Synapse 3

i got a problem with razer synapse 3, actually i cant run it. when im trying to open synapse i cant see it anywhere, only in task menager i tried to: -uninstall all devices and install 1 more time. -reinstall (even 10times). -open it as administrator. -i turned off antivirus and firewall. maybe some program can brock synapse but i dont think so. btw. when im installing razer synapse 3.0, sdk chroma is automaticly uninstalling
