Can't set "Linked Games"

Since updating I cannot link any games to any profiles. When I select the option, I get a window that looks like the Cortex window that SHOULD show all my games, but its empty. I click "ADD" and get a list of running programs. No matter what I do here, noting carries back to the empty Cortex type window, and therefore I cannot link any games. No idea what else to try at this point...
