I purchased my Razer DeathAdder v3 Pro from Razer’s website less than a year ago, and the scroll wheel has stopped working properly. It scrolls in the opposite direction, slowly in the right direction, or not at all. This seems to be a common issue with this particular mouse.
I’m trying to submit a warranty claim to get a replacement on Razer’s website. Despite entering my device’s serial number properly, and Razer stating that the “Product is covered under Razer’s Limited Warranty. Click "Submit" to continue,” I can’t actually click “Submit.” The button does nothing. This also seems to be a common issue.
How can I submit a warranty claim to get a replacement mouse sent to me?
