Can't type anything on my blackwidow chroma keyboard

Hi, For a mysterious reason, I can't type anything anymore on my blackWidow chroma keyboard since yesterday. The lights are working and the synapse software detects my keyboard both on my windows and Mac. My computer even make a distinctive noise when i plug the keyboard so everything seems to work. However, i still can't type anything for some reason. I uninstalled and reinstalled the synapse software, unplugged and replugged the keyboard multiple times but it doesn't work. Can you help me ?

Just a heads up, issues like this are usually hardware-related. Do PM me the serial number of your keyboard so I can look into possible fixes and verify the warranty status.
