Can't type the letter u

I am using a huntsman mini RZO3-0339 keyboard and I can’t type the letter u, I already tried restarting the computer, unplugging and plugging back the keyboard and enabling and disabling the demo mode.

Does anybody have an fix for this?

I went to razer synapse, pressed the letter u in the showing keyboard, then binded it to type “u” and that’s it. This should work

If it’s already resetted - try to plugin it to a different PC (without installing Synapse).

If it’s still not working - then RMA the keyboard.

I have a problem with my razer ornata V3 and its the same its the letter U. I have to copy paste it and if i go to synapse and change the bUtton to the letter U it still shows me the thing that i pUt before it and its glowing green in the app

 

I got it working already i didnt know where the factory reset was

So my razer huntsman minis u key isnt working its not glowing white or anything its just nott working and i got it 2 days ago so it shouldn’t be a hardware issue anything right?

Same issue here.  No issues with the glow, but the U button works like 80% of the time.  When I test it by clicking it repeatedly to see if it's working, it sometimes doesn't regsiter for like 5 taps in a row then types again.
