Can't unlock Razer Surround Pro

Can't unlock Razer Surround Pro. I allready register my headset on website and didn't get my activation code or anything? Some time ago I played games with Razer Synapse on and I have surround sound in games. After one update on Razer Synapse I can't turn that on. As I wrote above I allready register my product and nothing happend.My Surround Pro is still blocked. Can I get any help?
