Can't update Blackshark V2 PRO on PC, nor recognize it on Synapse 3/4

Just bought a brand new Blackshark V2 PRO (the “for Playstation” version), and it works just fine on PC, both through Bluetooth and dongle, but, I just can’t update it’s firmware cause the “update” buttom never enables in the updater despite the headset being already normally connected, and Synapse doesn’t recognize it. It’s “for Playstation”, but also says it’s fully compatible with PC. How do I solve this problem? It’s a expensive headset, and I’m willing to return it if it can’t be solved.
