So..

i've been trying to update the firmware on my Razer Deathadder Elite for a while now, but every time i try it the razer updater starts everything and then rollbacks while disconnecting and reconnecting the mouse all by itself.

Can someone help me?

So.. i tried uninstalling razer synapse 3.0, launched razer driver cleanup tool and reinstalling synapse 3.0. Now the situation is even worse than before. It gets stuck at "Entering bootloader" and the only way to use my mouse is disconnecting and reconnecting it.

Please check if the issue happens while connecting the device to another computer or USB port. Please gather your Synapse logs first, then download and install our Razer Driver Clean-up tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj. Restart your computer and reinitiate the update.
