Hello everyone,

I got my razer hammerhead true wireless pro earbuds yesterday. They both connect to my phone and they work really good. However there is one problem. I connected them to the razer audio mobile app and it showed that both my buds are fully charged and everything was ok. Then I saw that there is a firmware update available and when I pressed it and I clicked proceed a screen appeared telling me that in order not to damage my product it should be at at least 75 percent battery life. Than it returned me to the home page and my right earbud was magically at 34 percent. I restarted the app and it showed again that both my earbuds are fully charged, but when I pressed the firmware update the same thing happend and it continues to happen over and over again. Is the problem caused by my pair of earbuds or is it caused by the software? Should I return them or is it fixable?

Try to put your buds into the case, and open the case and leave the buds inside. and reinstall the app.

if this doesnt work

re install the app. and disconnect ur buds (forget the pairs or delete from your phone and added)
