So I am dealing with quite the predicament here. My audio interface just went out on me and Focusrite told me that they believed that the issue was because other sound drivers were interfering with their audio interface, so they instructed me to not only disable, but also uninstall the 7.1 Surround Sound audio drivers. I followed their instructions, and lo & behold that wasn't the reason why my audio interface ceased to power up. I can't believe I listened to their stupid advice, because now I can't install the drivers back to my system. Every time I try a clean install, I never get prompted for my code, and I can't select 7.1 Surround Sound in my audio drivers. Please help!
