Yesterday, I bought a Razer Huntsman V3 Pro, and everything was going great until I tried to use a controller. I quickly realized that no matter what I did, no game detected my inputs. Once I closed Synapse and restarted, the issue went away. The only issue with this is that I then lose all my RGB customization on my keyboard. Is there any way I can get controllers to work with Synapse? Is there something super obvious I'm just missing? I find it really weird that a $250 keyboard just voids out all controller support. I looked this up online and found absolutely nothing, which brings me here.
Yea id like answer also returning my keyboard because honestly so annoying how i cant play a controller game without restarting my pc
Hello, posting to also say I have this error. I used to happily use my Xbox controller on my PC but since getting the Huntsman V3 I cant use the controller unless the keyboard is unplugged / the processes are closed in task manager. Very frustrating and there appears to be no obvious solutions within the Razr software to prevent this.
Anyone have any ideas?
Ive got the same problem with my huntsman v3pro and my razer wolverine and standard xbox controller . Ive tried all kinds of fixes from the web but nothing works . Cod black ops six still wont work even if I disconnect the keyboard . Ive shelled out around £600 in Razer gear , huntsman v3pro,blacksharkv2 pro and a wolverine v3 pro .And Im extremely disappointed . this equipment is very expensive and supposed to be the best of the best , how can it be when you cant even get a controller to work on call of duty black ops 6? Ive had issues with fortnite too. And when you go to razer support they want your proof of purchase if you want help , like anyone keeps proof of purchase ?????? .Im extremely frustrated as you might be able to discern from reading this
Go to control panel > hardware and sound > device manager > double click the xbox 360 peripherals and go up top where it says action > click devices and printers > locate the controller that is not the one that is the one you have connected > right click the unresponsive controller > properties > hardware > properties > change settings > under the driver tab just select disable device, but do not remove it as it may cause issues.
You sir are a genius , Ive done what you said and it worked I can now use my controller in black ops 6 with no problems . I tried loads of different fixes suggested by people on the web and nothing worked . I was ready to return my equipment but I granted them a stay of execution thanks to you . I’d like to buy you a beer or ten :)
