Can't use Razer Nari Ultimate (Pewdiepie) while charging, it keeps disconnecting/reconnecting

In respect of another user who posted this problem in January, and the thread was subsequently locked for further replies. I can see why it was locked. Apparently this is a design error in a ridiculously expensive headset because looks like a shit ton of people have been having the same problem. Original poster said this " When I don't have battery on my headphones I have to plug in the usb dongle, but then windows keeps making the connected / disconnected several times, then the headphones turn off by themselves. So I lose the hability to hear/play anything. This is super frustrating to have a 200+eur Headphones and sometimes I have to stop playing completely to wait for them to charge. I bought the headphones on December 2019, They have this issue since day one! I searched a lot, and by the answers I only see, Reinstall synapse. I tried using the headphones with synapse completely shut off, this issue happens as well. I am using the original USB. I have no clue what to do. If I forget to charge the headphones I am doomed. For gamers by gamers? Do you use any headphones that does not work while charging? And btw I have a case oppened, but since it has no answer I'm here trying to see if theres a public response from anyone that knows the solution to this problem" I am having THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM. I would request a refund, but I bought it off amazon, dont know who to ask for a refund.
