Can't use side wheel buttons on Naga Hex v2

Hello, I have the mouse Naga Hex V2. I can configure the buttons moving side to side the wheel in the Synapse aplication, but the buttons don't work. They do nothing when I push the wheel to the sides. How can I get them working? I'm using windows 10

    Hi there! Can you share a video of the issue? Also, have you tried reinstalling Synapse to see if it helps?
