Can't view order link

Hi, I recently placed an order as a guest and received the order confirmation email as expected. I attempted to check the order status and received this error: An error occurred while processing your request. Reference #30.1f8eedcc.1604522929.351eb014 I checked the forum and it looks like this is a known issue. Is there any way to check if the order actually went through? Thank you!
