Hello, I would like to confirm whether the US version of the Razer Barracuda X supports the Razer Audio mobile application and its features. I purchased a unit claimed to be the US version, but it cannot connect to the Razer Audio app via Bluetooth, while my friend’s genuine Barracuda X connects without issue. Could you please confirm if the US version should be compatible with the Razer Audio app and Bluetooth pairing? I would appreciate it if you could provide a written confirmation for reference.
