I'm looking to spend a few quid on Razer products, so far I've not had a great experience with support.... they have responded, but aren't giving me clear answers?



What is your experience?



Should I buy Alienware instead?

I purchased the top end blade 15 with 3080, premium care. Had 4 months and started having issues charging and cpu temperatures at 91c, palm rest would get to 122f sitting on a laptop cooler. Only game I played was fortnite. It has been sent in twice. They are unable to get parts and are sending another unit. They have no idea when it will be sent nor do I know if it's refurbished. Support just sends you a system generated email and standard responses. Tried calling and person just creates a support email to put you in the queue. I'd go with Alienware backed by dell support and support is fast. Since I also use for business use I now have been without a laptop for 2+weeks costing more than the laptop.
