Can you get repairs after your warranty ends?
Hi!
My early 2019/late 2018 Razer Blade Stealth has begun to show signs of battery swelling over the course of the past few months. There's a bulge under the front side of the laptop, it doesn't sit level on a table, and the trackpad is starting to become raised and it's not sensing when I click in the corner like normal (it only works when I click towards the middle-front, and it often registers left-clicks as right-clicks).
I was looking to get a battery replacement/repair from Razer, but when I try to go into the Razer support portal, it says that my warranty has ended so I can't even contact the people who could fix it. Do I need to get a new computer? Or is there a way for me to get it fixed by Razer and just pay for it rather than using the warranty? It seems absurd that there's no obvious way to pay for a repair after your warranty ends.
