I have purchased a Razer Thresher Ultemate and lost the box and could not get the Surround code. I registered the product but did not get the code yet, what should I do?

PM me the serial number of your headset. That way, I can check if it is eligible for a surround sound code. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
