I’ve reviewed your case and checked your device’s serial number. It appears that this serial number is already linked to a different account, which raises the possibility that the mouse may be counterfeit. This could be why Razer Synapse 4 is unable to detect the device. If you need further assistance, please send me a PM with a copy of the store invoice/receipt so I can verify. Thank you!
