    Could you please tell me where you purchased the THX Spatial Audio? If you made the purchase through Razer.com, please send me a private message together with your order number, and I'll be happy to look into this for you.


    Additionally, if you were logged into your Razer ID account when you checked out and you would like to cancel your order, visit https://www.razer.com/my-account/orders within two hours from the time the order was placed and cancel your order.

    Please note that after the 2-hour cancelation window, orders cannot be canceled.
