Hi,

 

I received an email that my order from Razer.com was cancelled but the payment was processed on my credit card. When I contacted my credit card company they said that the transaction was approved on their end, but that it was Razer who declined / reversed the transaction. 

The email asked that I contact customer support, but this is easier said than done.

If you haven’t contacted our Support Team through this link, choosing the order from Razer.com in the contact reason box, and clicking the submit button.
