This was my first time trying to shop online all by myself, happened to be Razer. Did every step right, as I should, but after I finished the payment, the last step of the way to online shopping, the tab of "Orders" opened and nothing that I could click on or anything, was nothing on bellow status so I refreshed the page, still nothing. By chance, I had another tab with the Razer open, so I went to my "Order History" and shockingly bellow "Status" said the word "Cancelled", so I checked my bank account and the exact amount of money of the purchase was gone, so it means I did "buy" the products. Stress levels increased, and still pretty high.

So, I contacted razer support and built a case, after that checked my email and says that the process of payment for my order was unsuccessful, even though my money was gone!

So I am in "My Support", and I got no pending payment, so the payment was actually successful(?).
