I bought Resident Evil 7 and 8 keys from Razer and activated them on Steam, but my games were removed from my account one day later. Razer posted a form on their Reddit account, promising to resend the games if we filled it out. I did so, but while many of my friends received their games within a week, I and a few others did not. I've been trying to contact Razer for over a month now through Twitter, their website, and email, but have not received any responses lately. Their Twitter account keeps saying "we're still working on it" or "we'll get back to you in 24-48 hours", but I'm starting to lose hope. I don't know how much longer this will go on, but I just want my games back
