I ordered the wrong mouse and have not received it yet (I don’t know if it has been shipped or not). So, I tried to make a return using the provided prompts for returns, but I get en error message stating that is does not recognize the order number. I tried to get help via chat or support ticket, but it is asking for a serial number which I do not have. I would like to cancel the order but cannot find where I can speak to someone.
