Hi support team,
I am currently locked out of my Razer ID account because I changed my phone number and can no longer receive the 2FA OTP.
To make things a bit more complicated, I do not remember the old phone number that was originally linked to the account.
Could a support member please send me a PM? I am happy to provide whatever other account details are needed (registered email, billing info, date of birth, etc.) to verify my identity so we can reset or remove the 2FA.
