Hello, I am having an issue with my Razer ID where I can still log in using Google, but I cannot complete any transactions or top-ups because 2FA verification is required. I no longer have access to my registered 2FA method, so I am completely blocked from making payments.
I already tried contacting support, but I am being redirected to OTP-related solutions which do not apply to my case. This is not an issue of not receiving a code, but losing access to the 2FA device itself.
Has anyone experienced this before? How long does it usually take for Razer to reset 2FA, and what additional verification do they require?
